Q13. I want to switch hosting packages from another vendor to Multimedia Web. What do I do?
A13. You can keep your web site at the current provider and start setting up your Multimedia Web web hosting account with no impact to your live web site. Then, when you choose to switch to a Multimedia Web hosting site, contact your Multimedia Web Sales Coordinator to update the DNS settings.
Q14. Who do I contact if I want to cancel my Multimedia Web service after installation?
A14. We will make every attempt to address your questions or concerns before you feel the need to cancel. However, we understand that situations can change, so simply contact your Sales Coordinator for assistance. A cancellation fee will apply if you terminate service within the first 12 months of a one-year service contract, or the first 24 months of a two-year contract.
