Q1. How do I find out the total amount owing on my account?
A1. Contact us at dustins@multimediaweb.ca or (604)241-1343 to review your most recent statement. A copy can also be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to you.
Q2. How do I find out what the previous balance on my statement covers?
A2. Contact us at dustins@multimediaweb.ca or (604)241-1343 to review your total amount owing. A copy can also be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to you.
Q3. What are the additional charges and credits on my statement?
A3.These are one-time charges/credits that may include:
Pre-rated amounts are for recurring charges. Refer to the date in brackets after the description. Additional usage fees are charged when allotted amount is exceeded. Other charges or credits as agreed upon with your Sales Coordinator.
Q4. How can I inform Multimedia Web that I have made a payment on my account?
A4. Contact us at dustins@multimediaweb.ca or (604)241-1343 to inform us that a payment has been made.
Q5. How do I change the method of payment on my account?
A5. Please contact us at dustins@multimediaweb.ca or (604)241-1343 and provide the changes. We will confirm receipt of your new information.
Q6. What are your acceptable methods of payment?
A6. We accept most major credit cards, cheques, or Pre-Authorized Payments taken directly from your bank account monthly. For every credit card payment Please add 3% for Visa and MasterCard and 7% for American Express.
Q7. How much notice do you need to cancel my account?
A7. Cancellations are done at the end of each month. Please contact us at dustins@multimediaweb.ca or (604)241-1343 at least one week before the end of the month when you want your account cancelled.
Q9. How can I tell if my invoice has been paid?
A9. You would provide us with the coordinating invoice numbers and dates along with the location that the work was done for you. We could then tell you if it's been paid or not. Just contact us at: dustins@multimediaweb.ca or call (604)241-1343.
Q10. Who do I contact if I want to cancel my Multimedia Web service after installation?
A10. Before any cancellation we will make every effort to fix and address your concerns. We realize, on the other hand, that circumstances can be altered. Contact your Sales Coordinator. There will be cancellation fees that apply if you stop the service within the first 12 months of a one-year service contract, or the first 24 months of a two-year contract.
Q11. Can I pay my bill on the Internet?
A11. No, unfortunately not at this time.
